More than 100,000 racing fans, the biggest television audience to view an IndyCar race in decades, relished in a weekend of events, headlined by a race through the streets of Nashville.
Chattanooga, TN-based Transcard was excited to be in the middle of it all.
Transcard, leader in payments and technology solutions was the sponsor of the No. 06 Honda driven by Helio Castroneves during the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix. We also held events throughout the weekend for its partners and employees to take in Nashville’s sights and sounds, meet Castroneves and his racing team, and cheer on the four-time Indianapolis 500 champ during the race. Our partners and employees didn’t go home disappointed.
Castroneves battled a tight racecourse in 90-degree temperatures, 7 caution periods, 2 red flags - to finish the 80-lap, nearly 3-hour race among the TOP 10.
